Accounts Assistant

About the role

This is a full-time Accounts Assistant position at Tradeit.com Pte Ltd, located in the Kaki Bukit East Region. You will be supporting the accounting operations of the company, working closely with our outsourced accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist with data entry of IRAS GST computation and cash flow reports on a daily basis

2. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on MYOB.

3. Basic data entry and filing relevant to the automobile industry.

4. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including setting up bank payments online for approval.

5. Prepare and process payroll & commissions, including tax and other deductions

6. Provide administrative support to the team as needed

7. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role

2. Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills

3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications and MYOB.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work well in a team and independently

6. Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations with relevance to the Automobile Industry.
