Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Team Assistant to support day-to-day operations across multiple teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing, and documentation and pulling of business data from POS platforms
- Handle email correspondence and external communications such as bulk orders and/or delivery matters for customers
Operations & Coordination
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and timelines
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution
- Track deliverables and follow up on action items
Data & Reporting
- Maintain organised records of invoices, reports, and operational data
- Assist in compiling reports and presentations
- Track campaign or operational performance metrics where needed
Ad Hoc Support
- Provide support on special projects and company initiatives
- Assist team members with any additional tasks as required
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
