Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and engage customers within semiconductor & electronics sectors
Build strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle (pre & post-sales)
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor test industry (ATE, handlers, test sockets, load boards, etc.)
Strong knowledge of IC test interface hardware & testing processes
Proven track record in sales and account management
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Willing to travel within Asia Pacific
