Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing distributors and channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, application discussions, and training.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive account growth across Singapore and assigned territories.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, service) to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer meetings as required (travel up to 40%).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or Science (basic chemistry knowledge required).
- Experience in distributor/channel management.
- Proven experience or exposure to scientific or analytical instruments (e.g., spectroscopy, chromatography, particle size analyzers, etc.).
- Willingness to travel regionally and locally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
