Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to support strategic sales planning
  • Prepare, maintain, and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Stay current withindustry trends, market dynamics, and company products/services
  • Support tender and project proposals, including supplier negotiations and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Manager
  • Contribute to overall team performance by meeting individual targets and supporting team goals

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the security systems industry added advantage
  • Proactive and growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated success working both independently and in team settings
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills able to close deals and build mutually beneficial relationships
  • Self-confident and results-driven
  • Work Location: Central
