We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and grow a USD $50M business portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a channel-led sales model, strengthening distributor partnerships, and leading high-performing regional teams in a technical, B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio & Revenue Management
- Own and grow a $50M regional sales portfolio, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, forecasts, and pipeline management
- Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet business objectives
2. Channel & Distribution Management
- Lead and optimize a multi-tier distributor network across Southeast Asia
- Develop and implement channel strategies, including partner segmentation, coverage models, and go-to-market plans
- Drive partner performance through KPI tracking, business reviews, and incentive programs
- Manage channel conflict, pricing governance, and compliance across markets
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand market reach
3. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a regional sales organization, fostering a high-performance culture
- Coach and mentor teams across multiple countries, aligning them to business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
4. Strategic Account & Market Development
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Drive consultative, solution-based selling in complex B2B environments
- Identify new market opportunities and expand into high-growth segments
- Support major deals, tenders, and strategic projects
5. Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, funnel management, and reporting
- Drive pricing strategies, margin optimization, and contract negotiations
- Implement best practices in sales processes, tools, and performance tracking
Requirements
- 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing $30M-$50M+ regional portfolios
- Strong experience in channel / distributor management within APAC
- Background in technical B2B industries (e.g., industrial, engineering, healthcare, electronics, or related sectors)
- Demonstrated success in leading regional teams and driving growth
- Experience in solution selling, key account management, and long sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in P&L ownership and forecasting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Exposure to complex, channel-driven business models
- Familiarity with tender-driven or project-based sales environments
