Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support ongoing business opportunities and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales quotations, proforma invoices, and relevant documents as required by Sales.
- Maintain accurate customer pricing, master data, and sales contracts.
- Support Sales with developing order processing solutions for new business models and special sales projects
Order Management & Fulfilment
- Engage proactively with customers to process orders and manage shipment/delivery arrangements.
- Ensure smooth execution of the order-to-cash process including invoicing and order status updates.
- Coordinate with factories in Europe, China, and India for purchase orders and drop shipments.
Inventory & Sales Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and report on inventory development; highlight slow-moving or excessive stock.
- Liaise with Sales to develop strategies to clear inactive or unsold inventory in a profitable manner and monitor the execution
- Coordinate allocation of limited stock during shortages or special campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, and delivery timelines.
- Support customer claim management in Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with relevant departments.
Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce for management and Sales team analysis.
- Track customer sales trends, order history, and suggest upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order processing roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP B1) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Experience in coordinating with international suppliers or managing drop shipments is a plus.
- Sales Support Proficiency:Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, quotation preparation, sales documentation, and coordination between sales and logistics teams.
- Organization and Time Management:Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.
- Analytical Thinking:Comfortable analyzing sales trends, inventory data, and inactive orders to support decision-making.
- Tech Savvy:Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ERP/CRM tools, SAP (B1) and Salesforce.
- 6 months contract with possibility of conversion
