Job Description

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Handle end-to-end processing of customer orders, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices.
  • Customer Liaison: Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding product pricing, availability, and promotional details.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to schedule deliveries and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Sales Support: Assist the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations, cost estimates, and organizing sales documentation.
  • Data Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer databases in the ERP system.
  • After-Sales Service: Manage customer feedback and returns, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.

Requirements & Criteria

  • Education: Minimum GCE N Level or a Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination is preferred.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Language is required to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/outlook) and experienced with data entry and billing systems. MS Dynamic knowledge Advantages
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
