Job Summary

Assist the Sales Department by preparing, submitting, and following up on customer quotations to support sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers in collaboration with the Sales Department to support sales efforts
• Attends to customer inquiries through email and phone calls.
• Submit quotations to customers following company procedures to ensure clear communication and documentation
• Follow up with customers on submitted quotations to address inquiries and facilitate sales closure
• Maintain existing business relationships through continuous follow up, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving problems.
• Provide support to the operation department.
