Responsibilities:
- Documents calls and creates basic account data.
- Performs account verification procedures.
- Schedules return calls and conference calls
- Reviews and improves call scripts.
- Collaborates with the lead generation team.
- Utilises customer-focused and needs-based feedback to enhance strategies.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Share information about our services by following sales scripts.
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
- Closing sales and leading customer through the process.
- Record calls through a computerised system.
- Perform customised targeted sales strategies.
- Meet quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level
- Prior sales, business development experience is preferred
- Experience in B2B corporate sales is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in sales presentations, positive and energetic
- Professional and able to handle cold calling
- Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking customers
