Job Description:
. Drive and achieve monthly sales targets
. Canvass for new customers through walk-ins and marketing & promotional campaigns such as new product launches, trade fairs, corporate events, and special programs.
. Possess cheerful and friendly personality with a high level of self-motivation.
. To be responsible and recommend customize and personalise services and products in accordance with the needs, requirements, and suitability of the customers.
. To educate and impart to customers the knowledge of maintaining and up-keeping an individual's lifestyle and product demonstrations.
. Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers queries/complaints when necessary to maintain long-term relationships and to ensure repeated business from existing customers.
. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by maintaining good rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Specification:
. Possess at least GCE O Level academic qualification
. Computer-literate is a MUST
. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and initiative.
. Be responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking.
. Willing to work retail hours at Outlets.
. Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
