Overview

The BRAND AMBASSADOR - Travel & Learn program is designed for ambitious, energetic individuals who want to build real-world marketing skills while exploring new places. Team members will travel to different locations once trained and qualified as part of a mobile marketing crew, engaging directly with customers, promoting brands, and learning hands-on sales and communication techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products and services through face-to-face marketing in designated locations (events, expos, residential areas, business campaigns, or pop-up activations).
• Engage customers with clear product knowledge, compelling storytelling, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Travel with the marketing team to new cities or regions as scheduled for field campaigns.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets, including sales goals and customer acquisition metrics.
• Represent the brand professionally, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, leadership, sales psychology, and personal development.
