Accurately evaluate and assess purity and value of items (both bullion and scrap) brought in by customers for potential repurchase, adhering to established buyback policies and guidelines.
Providing assistance in phone, online, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including addressing customers concerns and issue resolution.
Reach out to prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams for successful acquisition and onboarding of clients.
Ensuring and performing KYC/AML/IPPC filing and client onboarding support and related requirements.
Achieve team sales objectives and outcomes to meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements
Past experience in Jewellery Retail or Pawnshop business will have strong advantage
