Job Scope & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new leads and promoting our catering services to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include:

. Cold Calling & Outreach: Contact prospective clients from our database to establish connections with decision-makers such as event coordinators, HR representatives, or staff welfare officers.

. Service Introduction: Professionally introduce Liang Yuan Catering's services and highlight our unique offerings, including special privileges tailored for corporate partners.

. Email Follow-Up: Send invitation emails, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective clients to encourage engagement.

. Database Management: Update and maintain an accurate client database by recording correct contact details and decision-makers.

. Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent follow-up communication.

Requirements

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to corporate professionals.

. Prior telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.

. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

. Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

. Fluency in English. Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

. Willing to work in the West.
