Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the manager in day-to-day sales and administrative duties.
  • Prepare quotations based on customer requests and follow up with clients on inquiries and feedback.
  • Handle routine telephone and email/fax queries from local and overseas customers.
  • Generate sales-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, and accounts) to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Administer payment collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Actively contribute to achieving personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and promotional events as required.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
