Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Manage on-site workforce and resolve day-to-day issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Track materials, tools, and equipment to ensure site readiness.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on site conditions and progress.
• Coordinate site logistics including deliveries, equipment setup, and waste management.
• Address any delays, emergencies, or other problems that can arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with site management software and MS Office tools.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, WSQ, etc.) are an advantage.
