We are looking for a commercially minded Sales & Business Development Directorto spearhead growth across the ASEAN region for a reputable fintech firm. This role offers the chance to own the full sales cycle - from opportunity identification to deal execution - while shaping how to engage large corporates, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and expand a strong pipeline of clients, nurturing senior-level relationships to unlock new business.
- Lead commercial discussions, structure trade and supply chain finance solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to deliver bespoke solutions that meet client needs.
- Track market developments and bring strategic insights to drive revenue growth and regional presence.
- Represent the company at key industry forums and with ecosystem partners.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of sales, relationship management, or business development experience in trade finance, fintech, or enterprise solution sales.
- Strong network with corporate treasury teams and decision-makers across ASEAN.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow a business line or region.
- Skilled communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with autonomy to drive results.
