We are looking for a commercially driven and visionary Business Development Director to lead strategic growth in our cinema, events, and experiential entertainment business. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and revenue by identifying and securing new opportunities across cinema, live events, branded experiences, and partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales, including sponsorships, venue rentals, strategic collaborations, and bespoke activations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with film studios, event promoters, creative agencies, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with marketing, F&B, and operations teams to deliver impactful campaigns and commercially successful events.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic planning and leadership reporting.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing business development team, aligned with the company's commercial goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership roles.
- Background in cinema, live events, entertainment, media, experiential marketing, or leisure industries is essential.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals, negotiating contracts, and forging long-term strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with or within multinational companies (MNCs), agencies, or regional markets is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic, hands-on leader who is both results-oriented and relationship-driven.
