Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and accurately take their orders to ensure correct service
  • Handle cash and payments efficiently, performing basic cashier duties with accuracy
  • Serve food and beverages promptly to customers, ensuring quality presentation
  • Assist with food preparation and packing to support kitchen operations when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall or outlet to meet hygiene standards
  • Replenish food, drinks, and supplies to ensure continuous availability during service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the outlet daily
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily food and beverage operations
