Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Singapore retail

team. You will be the frontline ambassador of LUAH's bold, versatile jewelry, responsible for delivering

exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store's premium presentation. This role

offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally in a vibrant retail environment while contributing

to LUAH's mission of jewelry without limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers to understand their preferences and needs, providing expert advice on LUAH's hypoallergenic, waterproof, and tarnish-resistant jewelry collections.
• Deliver personalized product presentations, highlighting key features such as durability, versatility, and design to enhance customer appreciation and sales conversion.
• Achieve individual sales targets and actively contribute to overall store performance and team goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LUAH's products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable checkout experience.
• Proactively support inventory management by ensuring efficient stock replenishment, organization, and adherence to loss prevention protocols.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining attractive, clean, and well-organized product displays consistent with LUAH's brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to uphold LUAH's reputation for excellence
• Participate in store events, promotions, and community activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
