Job Summary

Drive both B2B and B2C sales activities, including the management of online store operations in collaboration with the team. Additionally, provide support across a range of marketing functions as part of a broad-based marketing role.

Job Scope

Sales Operations (B2B & B2C, and online stores)

  • Manage and optimize sales through company websites, social media (such as Facebook, Instagram), and e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada).
  • Develop and execute online and offline sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from online and offline customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
  • Address customer concerns and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics tailored to various channels.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to achieve sales targets.
  • Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on sales performance and market trends.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and new technologies relevant to sales and marketing.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role is highly valued.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C sales channels, as well as online store management (e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, etc.), is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management (Facebook, Instagram), online advertising, and e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to track sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights on sales performance and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients, management, and team members.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on market trends and new technologies.
