ADEX – Asia Dive Expo is Asia's largest and longest-running ocean exploration and trade show brand, with over 32 years of history. The ADEX Cluster comprises globally recognized exhibitions, conferences, and festivals that spotlight ocean conservation, diving technology, and marine-related industries, bringing together enthusiasts and professionals. Founded in Singapore, ADEX has grown into a regional platform with events in major cities such as Beijing, Manila, Maldives, Mumbai, Sabah, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, and Tokyo. With further expansion planned, ADEX offers a dynamic environment for interns interested in events, marketing, and the ocean-related sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Singapore. The intern will support in promoting ADEX loyalty programme, events, assisting with outreach to exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and attendees. The intern will also help with market research, sales follow-ups, and basic reporting on campaign performance and audience engagement. During event periods, the intern may support on-site operations, including registration, customer service, and exhibitor coordination.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with exhibitors, partners, and visitors.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Candidates should possess good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced events environment.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), MarTech tools (e.g., Canva) and comfort working with spreadsheets and online tools.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for events, marketing, and ocean-related industries.
Relevant academic background in business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial; prior internship or event experience is a plus.
