About the role: We're looking for a Graduate Sales & Marketing Intern - a fresh poly or degree graduate ready to put what they've learnt into real, live work. You'll work hand-in-hand with the co-founder, growing our coding, robotics and AI classes for kids. This includes: designing graphics, running our social media, writing the words parents actually read, helping parents over chat, and keeping our competitions and campaigns on track.

This is a structured graduate internship. You'll get real ownership from week one, proper mentorship, and a clear path into a full-time Sales & Marketing Assistant role if it's a good fit for both sides.

What you'll do:

Graphics & social media

• Design social posts, simple graphics and marketing visuals with a good eye for layout.
• Help run our Instagram, Facebook and other channels -plan posts, schedule them, and keep the feed active.

Copywriting & content

• Write clear, warm copy for posts, captions, emailcampaigns (EDMs) and flyers.
• Help shape the words we use so every message is easyfor a parent to understand.

Communicating with parents

• Reply to parent enquiries over WhatsApp, Telegram and email in a friendly, helpful way.
• Follow up with leads and help get them booked into trial classes.

Project management & coordination

• Help plan and run student competitions and marketing activities from start to finish.
• Keep tasks, timelines and details organised so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Coordinate between the team, trainers and vendors to keep things moving.

What we're looking for:

• You must have graduated with a poly diploma or degree, in marketing, communications, business, media or a related field. Diploma holders preferred. This role is not open to current students.
• A good eye for design and the confidence to make things look good.
• Strong written English - clear, warm, and easy to read. Mandarin is a plus.
• Hardworking, organised, and quick to pick up new tools.
• Plenty of initiative - you spot what needs doing and get on with it.
• Comfortable with tech and AI tools: Canva or similar design tools, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail), WhatsApp, Telegram, ChatGPT and Claude.
• No formal work experience needed - just show us what you've made (school projects, FYP, personal social accounts, anything counts).

Duration & hours:

• 6 months, full-time, 5-day work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend).
• Strong performers can extend or convert to a full-time Sales & Marketing Assistant role.
• Some additional weekend work for events and competitions, agreed in advance (lieu day compensated).
