Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing new revenue streams from existing accounts.
• To maintain good customer relationship with key customer accounts through providing excellent account servicing.
• Monitor and update sales pipeline and stocks inventory
• Negotiate terms, price and product specifications effectively and collecting payments from customers
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Research on market trends, new upcoming projects and competitors
• Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration
• Team player
• Good oral and written Communication skills
• Willing to work beyond office hours
• Proven experience working in sales & marketing preferred
