We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing professional to help drive revenue growth while strengthening our brand presence across Singapore and beyond.
Role Summary
This is a hybrid Sales & Marketing role focused on revenue growth, channel expansion, and campaign execution. You will work closely with the founders and operations team to grow sales across retail partners and online platforms, while executing marketing initiatives that directly support commercial outcomes.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys execution, ownership, and working in a lean, fast-moving SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Drive sales growth across:
Retail partners (pharmacies, beauty & specialty stores)
E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
Acquire and onboard new retail partners
Manage existing retailer relationships, including:
Re-orders and promotions
Product launches and seasonal campaigns
Work closely with operations on order planning and stock availability
Support pricing and promotions with a profitability-focused mindset
Marketing
Execute sales-driven marketing campaigns to support:
Product launches
Promotional periods (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
Manage and coordinate:
Social media execution (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Influencer / KOL collaborations
Support development of:
Product marketing assets
Retail pitch decks and sales materials
Coordinate with external partners such as influencers, platforms, or agencies where required
Performance Tracking
Track sales and campaign performance across channels
Identify winning products and growth opportunities
Recommend improvements to promotions, pricing, and channel strategy based on performance insights
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
Experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or consumer products is preferred
Comfortable working across both sales and marketing responsibilities
Strong execution mindset and commercially aware
Good communication and relationship management skills
Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
Exposure to influencer / KOL marketing
Basic understanding of digital marketing or performance marketing
Regional market exposure (Malaysia)
