About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and support marketing initiatives. You will engage clients, manage campaigns, and help strengthen our brand presence. This role requires flexibility to support marketing campaigns and events, including on weekends and public holidays when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system
- Support digital marketing, social media, and content initiatives
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and facilitate marketing campaigns/events, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and BI tools, to analyze and interpret sales data
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment
