Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team committed to expanding its footprint in the metal scrap industry. This role offers the chance to drive business growth and foster relationships with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  3. Build and maintain robust relationships with potential clients.
  4. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs align with company offerings.
  6. Achieve and surpass established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint new opportunities.
  8. Keep accurate records of sales activities within CRM systems.
  9. Participate in business trips, including destinations such as India and Pakistan, to strengthen client relationships (approximately 1-2 trips per month).

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  6. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, a well-established network in relevant industries, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Strong network in India or frequent travel experience in India as they want to cultivate and expand its Indian market.
