Job Description

Acuity Academy is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our individual and corporate enrolments for WSQ training and professional certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, partnership development, and deal closure.
  • Identify and approach corporate clients, conduct sales presentations, and pitch training programmes to establish and grow partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR, L&D, business leaders, individuals, companies, and partners to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
  • Provide accurate course consultation, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into enrolments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction levels throughout the customer journey.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as roadshows, industry events, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Work closely with operations and training teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and achieve assigned revenue and enrolment targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in training industry.
  • Familiarity with WSQ and SkillsFuture frameworks is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with consultative selling.
