Job Description
We are seeking a driven Sales / Business Development Executive to support the growth of our HRIS solutions (BAS) in Singapore and Malaysia. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Fresh graduates and mid-career individuals looking to transition into a sales role are welcome to apply. Structured training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and recommend HRIS (BAS) solutions
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth and upselling
- Achieve sales targets and activity KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions)
- Stay updated on HRIS and biometric technology trends and market developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client requirements and solutions
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Strong interest in sales and willingness to perform cold outreach and client acquisition
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with KPIs
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
