Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance and support to PH and delivery drivers
  • Facilitating different types of transactions
  • Light inventory management (ie. topping up of stocks)

The Talent

- Customer service experience

- Proficiency Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)

- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems/data entry

- IT/Computer Literacy
