Identify and develop new business opportunities for IFM services.
Build relationships with Key clients, Managing Agents, Property Managers, Developers, MCSTs and key stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Negotiate contracts and secure new business.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and service delivery.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Property Management, Security, Cleaning, or Engineering Services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with tender processes and contract management is an advantage.
