Provide administrative and operational support primarily to Manager, Food Division.
Ensure smooth processing of orders and excellent service to HORECA clients such as hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
Manager reserves the right to assign additional responsibilities or adjust job duties from time to time, with prior notice, in accordance with business needs
Key Responsibilities
Process daily orders from HORECA clients (restaurants, cafés, hotels) with accuracy of items, quantities, and delivery schedules
Coordinate closely with warehouse and delivery teams for timely fulfilment
Communicate with clients on order confirmations, stock availability, and delivery updates
