Job Summary
Provide architectural design and project management expertise while leading and supervising technical teams to deliver compliant, high-quality project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver architectural design solutions and manage projects to meet client and regulatory requirements
- Lead and supervise technical teams in preparing project-related presentations and technical submissions
- Apply expertise in contract administration to ensure project compliance and smooth execution
- Interpret and apply local authority requirements and building codes to maintain regulatory compliance
- Develop detailed architectural designs with strong attention to construction practices and detailing
- Plan and organize project workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to produce accurate architectural drawings and documentation
- Independently manage large-scale projects while mentoring and guiding junior architects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- 5 to 7 years of architectural practice experience
- Registration with the Board of Architects is advantageous
