A sales administrator handles various administrative and operational tasks to support the sales department. Common responsibilities include:
- Documentation: Preparing and generating sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Order Management: Processing sales orders, entering them into the system, and coordinating their fulfillment and delivery logistics.
- Customer Interaction: Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing complaints, and providing after-sales support.
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.
- Communication:Serving as a point of contact for customers and coordinating with other internal teams, such as the stores and logistics departments.
- Reporting:Assisting with sales reports, tracking performance data, and managing financial information like payables and receivables.

Remuneration:
Basic Salary from $1,000 per month, plus Commissions of KPI
5.5 days per week
Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm
Saturdays 9am-1pm
