Duties/Responsibilities:
. Assigned leads to CRM for PCs / Register in UMS for applied Student
. Prepare reports for Sales Commission, Events and activities, Enrolment & Application tracking and Department monthly Report.
. Responsible for the entire sales process and drive the sales process through closure
. Generate Conditional Offer letter (COL) for Local & Progression students
. Tracking the leads in CRM.
. Responsible for sales operations of all student's recruitment
. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for the department business
. Filling documents such as Memo (rebates/commissions/quotation/vendors) and Student feedback form
. Assist with sales coordination, pricing and sales contract administration
. Prepare meeting minutes and maintain reports for sales forecasting and budget
. Provide administrative support to the sales team in day-to-day duties
. Assist in logistics (class set-up, campus tour)
. Assist market research to determine market competitiveness and competitor's activities
. Attend school open house or roadshow to support the sales business
. Support Finance related matters
Required Skills/Abilities:
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Mature and able to work in a fast-pace environment
. Organized, meticulous, and efficient for the work
. Good working attitude to internal and external stakeholders
. Minimum Diploma in Business,Marketing, Education or a related field.
. Minimum 2 years or above working experiences.
