In this role, you'll serve as the key point of contact for your assigned clients (Real Estate Agents) building long-term, trusted relationships and delivering tailored solutions that create value for both the client and the company. You'll be empowered to think strategically, act decisively, and collaborate daily with a supportive team to achieve shared revenue targets, contribute to collective wins, and create exceptional client experiences through joint effort and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and engage potential/existing customers (Real Estate agent) to generate leads and close sales, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Build trust and rapport with clients by effectively presenting the company's profile, products, and services
- Fulfil, investigate and resolve client campaign or feedback by working with internal departments and reviewing client account data
- Set and manage client expectations with transparency and follow through on all commitments
- Stationed at designated locations to engage walk-in prospects, introduce company services/products, and support lead generation efforts.
- Represent the company at awards presentations, networking events, and business functions.
- Upkeep and maintain assigned social media accounts, including simple content curation, basic copywriting, and consistent posting to drive engagement and brand presence.
- Support general business operations and other duties as assigned by management

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a strong record of hitting targets
- Some background in Account Management or post-sales support is ideal
