Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Singapore to drive both new business development and growth of existing B2B client accounts. The role involves managing tender and contract processes, expanding key accounts, and building long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and actively identify opportunities to expand the company's client base within the B2B/corporate sector.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts while building strong long-term client relationships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, tender submissions, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and account retention activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, sales reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
  • Strong track record in both new business acquisition and managing corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience handling RFP/tender processes, contract negotiations, and renewals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships while driving new business growth.
  • Results-driven with strong commercial acumen and a hunter mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, AV systems, or infrastructure solutions is an advantage.
