Job Summary
You will lead business development and sales activities focused on expanding the business pipeline, generating revenue, improving profitability, and positioning products effectively in Singapore. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Territory and industry vertical assignments will vary based on your seniority and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development efforts for company products and services within the Enterprise and Government sectors to drive revenue growth
- Manage and respond promptly to procurement-related queries including Pre-Qualification, Quotation, Proposal, and detailed contract requirements
- Drive deal closure and ensure timely revenue booking to meet business targets
- Conduct market-sensing activities, perform analytics, and generate reports to inform sales strategies
- Evaluate sales methods, costs, and outcomes to optimize effectiveness and profitability
- Monitor and report sales performance regularly on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end bases to stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in B2B business and Enterprise Services sales
- Proven track record of closing multiple million-dollar deals and managing full delivery cycles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and services efficiently and perform field sales independently
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective presentation abilities
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments
- Established clientele network within the Enterprise or Government sectors
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to meet business objectives
- Degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent preferred but not essential
