Role Description

The role involves managing assigned client accounts, handling quotation and order processing, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with the team leader and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the development of tailored solutions that meet client needs. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales growth through proactive account management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to respond promptly and effectively to client needs and inquiries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools; basic knowledge of IT solutions and services is an added advantage.
