Experience & Skills
- Background in selling IT projects or digital solutions to enterprise clients.
- 35 years of B2B sales experience in consulting, technology services, outsourcing, or professional services.
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role with a track record of overachievement.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, preferably in project or delivery-based services.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
- Mandarin speaker would be highly preferable.
Good-To Have
- Familiarity with delivery frameworks (e.g., agile, waterfall, managed services).
- Understanding of cross-industry business drivers (e.g., digital transformation, operational efficiency).
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or related discipline.
