Ensure document control procedures are properly implemented and maintained.
Monitor compliance gaps and recommend system improvements.
Maintain accurate safety records, statistics, and compliance reports.
Prepare regular safety performance reports for management review.
Track corrective and preventive actions until closure.
Organize and manage safety document databases and filing systems.
Prepare professional safety presentations, reports, and training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Deliver safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and awareness sessions.
Communicate safety policies and updates clearly to site teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate and support safety training programs.
Ensure workers understand safety procedures and risk control measures.
Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.
Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant safety certification and experience in construction safety preferred.
Experience working with ISO safety management systems.
Able to work independently, well organized, and detail-oriented.
Registered Safety Officer qualification issued by MOM
Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF
