Safety Officer

1.Job Description

a) Establish, implement and monitor WSH management systems on-site.

b) Conduct Committee meeting, safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations.

c) Liaise with contractors, clients, and MOM officers for compliance.

d) Ensure adherence to SS 506 (Singapore) or equivalent local OSH standards.

e) Prepare safety reports (e.g., monthly WSH performance, near-miss analyses).

2. Job requirements

a) Strong knowledge of construction safety hazards (e.g., scaffolding, lifting, electrical).

b) Familiarity with live plant safety (PTW, gas testing, hot work permits).

c) Proficient in WSH software .

d) Leadership to enforce safety culture among workers.

e) Working experience in industrial, live plant, greenfield projects.

f) Workplace in Jurong Island or Tuas area.

g) ECO certificate will be a priority.

h) Singaporeans and PRs preferred.
