Job Responsibilities:

• Understand customers needs and provide product information and assistance.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and guide retail associates in following store policies and procedures.
• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and stock availability.
• Handle cash transactions and customer purchases accurately.
• Support in-store promotions and foster a positive working environment.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or supervisory role preferred.
• Passionate about customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Keen eye for store presentation and cleanliness standards.
