HIDDEN is an award-winning immersive entertainment company. We create and run real-world experiences licensed with global brands in major venues such as Jewel Changi Airport, National Gallery Singapore and Suntec City.

Our experiences include The Official Sherlock Holmes Experience, the world's first licensed real-world Sherlock Holmes game, and Monopoly HIDDEN Singapore, which turns Singapore's neighbourhoods into a life-size Monopoly board. We've welcomed more than 100,000 players across Singapore and New Zealand, and we're building new experiences for markets overseas.

In Singapore, we have Experience Centres in Chinatown, Katong, Bugis, and the National Museum, with more on the way. Tickets and merchandise are sold here, and they also act as start and end points for our experiences.

The role

You'll run one of our Experience Centres day to day. That means welcoming players, getting them into the game, selling tickets and merchandise, keeping the outlet running smoothly, and leading a team of part-timers. You own the customer experience and the sales numbers, and you earn commission on what your outlet sells.

What you'll do

Guests and sales: Welcome and brief players, explain our experiences and current promotions, and upsell where it fits. Handle questions, feedback, exchanges and refunds.
Cashiering: Process payments on our POS (cash, card, digital), issue receipts, handle returns, and balance the till at the end of each shift.
Stock: Receive deliveries, check them against invoices, keep merchandise displayed, run stock counts, and flag low stock.
Outlet standards: Keep the outlet clean, safe, well presented and ready for every group.
Team leadership: Plan part-timer rosters, cover gaps and last-minute changes, and train and brief the team on service standards.

Working hours

44 hours a week over 4 days, 3 days rest.
Rotating weekend duty
Public holiday work is included and compensated in line with the Employment Act.

What we're looking for

Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or NITEC.
Experience in retail, F&B, attractions or customer service. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Confident with numbers and comfortable using a POS system.
Clear communication and natural ease with people.
Hungry: you want the outlet to hit its numbers, and you don't wait to be told what needs doing.
Humble: you take constructive feedback and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed.
Smart with people: you can tell when a group needs help and when they want space.
