Job Summary
- Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
- Location: Marina Bay Sands
- Working hours: Monday Friday (5 days a week, including weekends), retail hours
- Variable Bonus + Commission
Job Responsibilities
- Managed end-to-end store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversaw inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Delivered high standards of customer service, resolving issues and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Executed sales strategies, monitored KPIs, and ensured efficient daily operations.
- Ensured compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
- Handled daily cash operations, reporting, and administrative documentation for management review.
Requirements
- 25 years of retail or store management experience.
- Experience leading and motivating retail teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Sales-driven with ability to monitor performance and achieve targets.
- Comfortable with reporting, administration, and POS systems.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
