Retail Supervisor - Fashion / Customer Service

Salary: Up to $2,500 Basic + $200 Allowance + Commission ($500+) + Variable Bonus
Location: OG People's Park Department Store
Working Days: 6 days/week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
Working Hours: Retail operating hours

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide personalized recommendations

• Handle sales transactions / cashier duties

• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets

Requirements

• At least 2 years retail experience, preferably in fashion or customer service

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

• Able to multitask, stay organized, and follow up effectively

• Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers

• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Available to work weekends and public holidays
