Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary :

Working day : 5 days work week including weekend (shift)
Working time : Retail hour

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead retail store team
• Monitor daily sales activities and achieve sales targets
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to improve performance
• Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure coverage
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising displays
• Prepare sales and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulations
• Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Identify opportunities for business growth with new and existing client
