Your Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in driving daily store operations, leading the team on the floor, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll support the Store Manager in ensuring the store runs efficiently, meets sales targets, and stays true to our brand identity. From mentoring team members to executing product drops, you'll be at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Coach and motivate team members to enhance performance and product knowledge
- Provide expert product recommendations and styling advice
- Oversee daily operations including POS transactions, cash handling, and store opening/closing
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and support inventory control
- Assist in receiving deliveries and ensuring accurate stock organization
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and operationally efficient at all times
- Support and execute in-store events, activations, and product launches

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion culture
- Previous retail experience, with supervisory or leadership exposure preferred
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and key launch days
