Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach junior staff to enhance customer service and sales performance
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless efficiency
- Maintain an elevated standard of luxury shopping experience for customers
- Drive sales targets and analyze performance to maximize revenue
- Ensure merchandising and store displays meet brand standards
- Manage inventory, stock control, and reporting to optimize store performance
What You Bring:
- 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position
- Demonstrated sales experience in high-end fashion, bags, shoes, and accessories
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
- Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Availability to start on short notice or immediately is preferred
