Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service station, and retail activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance
- Monitor sales, inventory, and stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards
- Handle cash flow, basic financial reporting, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the station
- Drive sales through promotions and service offerings
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Strong interest in retail operations or business management
- Experience in retail, F&B, or service industry preferred
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of financial and operational management
- Able to work independently and take ownership of operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset is an advantage
